If you’re craving cheese, try this simple baked brie. With a prep time of 5 minutes and 10 minutes of cooking, you’ll have a delicious snack quickly. This recipe has 8.1 grams of protein and is approved for phases 2, 3 and 4 of the Atkins program.

Zucchini Bread Muffins

Prepare these delicious muffins in 35 minutes. You can make ahead and have these ready for your kids right when they get home. Spread cream cheese over the top for a delicious twist.
