  • 1fruit without skin and seedsCalifornia Avocados
  • 1ozGoats Cheese (Soft)

  • 1tbspHEAVY CREAM Whole Foods Market, Inc.

DIRECTIONS

  1. Place cut-up avocado in a blender. Add remaining ingredients, and blend until smooth. If needed, add additional water, 1 tablespoon at a time, to reach desired consistency.
  2. Pour into a tall glass, and garnish with chives and a reserved slice of avocado, if desired. Serve immediately.
