INGREDIENTS

  • 0 1/4cup, crumbledFeta Cheese
  • 0 1/2tspSalt
  • 0 1/2cupBaby Spinach
  • 0 1/2tspDill weed, dried
  • 0 1/2tspBlack Pepper
  • 1lbGround Beef (80% Lean / 20% Fat)
  • 1largeScallions or Spring Onions
  • 0 1/4cup, chopped or slicedRed Tomatoes

DIRECTIONS

  1. Combine ground beef, scallion, spinach, tomato, feta, 1.5 tsp fresh dill ( or 1/2 tsp dried), salt and pepper. Form into 4 patties.
  2. Grill or pan-fry over medium-high heat for 6 minutes per side for medium doneness.
