INGREDIENTS
- 1cupWhole Grain Soy Flour
- 2tbspSucralose Based Sweetener (Sugar Substitute)
- 3tspBaking Powder (Sodium Aluminum Sulfate, Double Acting)
- 0 1/2tspSalt
- 0 1/2cupHeavy Cream, liquid
- 4ozWater, tap
- 3largeEgg
- 1tbspSugar Free Syrup
- 1 1/2tspVanilla Extract
DIRECTIONS
- Heat waffle iron per manufacturers’ instructions.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the soy flour, sucralose, baking powder and salt. Add the cream, water, eggs, syrup, and vanilla, stirring until well combined. The batter should be easily spreadable and spoonable, like a thick pancake batter. If the batter is too stiff, add cold water one tablespoon at a time to reach desired consistency.
- Spray waffle iron with oil spray. Fill each section of the waffle iron with ¼ cup batter, spread to fill, and cook according to manufacturers’ instructions until crisp and dark golden brown. Repeat with remaining batter. Serve warm. One serving is one section of waffle.
