- 0 1/4cupBlueberries, fresh
- 10eachPecan Halves, raw
- 1cupCoconut Milk Beverage, plain, unsweetened
- 1scoop (1 scoop= 31 g)Quest Vanilla Milkshake Protein Powder
- 1tbspMaple Syrup (sugar-free)
- 1TbspLemon Juice
DIRECTIONS
Blend all ingredients except ice until very smooth. Pour over or blend with 1/2 cup of ice and enjoy.Note that any sugar-free milk such as almond, soy or cashew may be sustituted for the coconut.
