INGREDIENTS

  • 0 1/4cupFreshly Squeezed Orange Juice
  • 2tspGarlic
  • 1tablespoonExtra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1tbspChili Powder
  • 1teaspoonSucralose Based Sweetener (Sugar Substitute)
  • 1tspOrange Zest
  • 0 1/4tspRed or Cayenne Pepper
  • 32oz, raw (yield after cooking, bone removed)Chicken Breast

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a large resealable plastic bag, mix orange juice, minced garlic, oil, chili powder, sugar substitute, orange rind and cayenne pepper. Add chicken breasts; toss to coat. Refrigerate 6 to 8 hours, or overnight.
  2. Heat broiler. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Position broiler rack 6 inches from heat source and broil chicken 12 to 15 minutes, turning halfway through cooking time, just until cooked through.
