Canadian Bacon, Cheddar and Tomato Stacks Recipe

INGREDIENTS
- 2slices (6 per 6-oz pkg.)Canadian-Style Bacon (Cured)
- 1large whole (3" dia)Red Tomatoes
- 0 1/4cup, shreddedCheddar Cheese
DIRECTIONS
- In a skillet over medium-high heat sauté the Canadian bacon until nicely browned and warmed through.
- Top with a slice of tomato and then cheddar while still in the pan. Cover with a lid and allow to steam with a teaspoon of water for about 1 minute to heat the tomato and melt the cheese.
- Plate and serve immediately.
