INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2cupChicken Broth, Bouillon or Consomme
- 4tspThick-It-Up
- 2medium (4-1/8" long)Scallions or Spring Onions
- 4tspSesame Oil
- 1 1/2tspGarlic
- 4tspGinger
- 2tbspSodium and Sugar Free Rice Vinegar
- 2tbspTamari Soybean Sauce
- 2teaspoonSucralose Based Sweetener (Sugar Substitute)
- 2lbChannel Catfish (Farmed)
DIRECTIONS
- Heat broiler. Mix broth and thickener in a small bowl; stir until thickener dissolves.
- Heat oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Mince the garlic and ginger, add them to the pan and stir-fryfor 30 seconds. Add rice wine vinegar, soy sauce, sugar substitute and broth mixture.
- Bring to a boil. Cook, stirring constantly, 1 minute. Remove from heat. Brush fillets with sauce. Broil 3 minutes per side.
- Transfer to plates; top with remaining sauce. Garnish with green onions.
