- 0 1/2ozChocolate Whey Protein
- 0 1/4tspCinnamon
- 3ice cube (3/4 fl oz)Water
- 1tspCocoa Powder (Unsweetened)
- 0 1/2serving 1 packetSweeteners (Splenda Packets, Sucralose)
DIRECTIONS
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. This recipe can also be heated after blending (omit the ice). Do not allow it to boil; may be heated in the microwave at 30 second intervals until warm but not hot. Makes a terrific late night slightly sweet snack.
