INGREDIENTS

  • 0 1/2cupGreek Yogurt, plain, unsweetened, whole milk
  • 2TbspPeanuts, dry roasted
  • 1barAtkins Chocolate Creme Protein Wafer Crisps
  • 10dropLiquid Stevia Drops

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a small bowl combine the yogurt and stevia. Taste and add more stevia if needed to reach your desired level of sweetness. Chop the wafer bar.
  2. In the bottom of a jelly jar or glass, layer half the yogurt, top with half the chopped bar, and one tablespoon peanuts. Repeat the layers and serve. One parfait is one serving.
