INGREDIENTS
- 6link (4" long)Pork and Beef Chorizo
- 1tablespoonExtra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1cupReal Mayonnaise
- 1fl ozLemon Juice
- 3tspLemon Zest
- 0 1/2cloveGarlic
- 2stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long)Celery
DIRECTIONS
- Slice chorizo into 1/2-inch rounds. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook chorizo 5 to 7 minutes, turning once, until browned on both sides. Remove from pan and drain on paper towels.
- Place mayonnaise, lemon juice, zest and minced garlic in a small bowl. Stir well to combine. Cut the celery into sticks and serve with the chorizo and dipping sauce. Chorizo may be served warm or cold.
