INGREDIENTS

  • 6link (4" long)Pork and Beef Chorizo
  • 1tablespoonExtra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1cupReal Mayonnaise
  • 1fl ozLemon Juice
  • 3tspLemon Zest
  • 0 1/2cloveGarlic
  • 2stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long)Celery

DIRECTIONS

  1. Slice chorizo into 1/2-inch rounds. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook chorizo 5 to 7 minutes, turning once, until browned on both sides. Remove from pan and drain on paper towels.
  2. Place mayonnaise, lemon juice, zest and minced garlic in a small bowl. Stir well to combine. Cut the celery into sticks and serve with the chorizo and dipping sauce.  Chorizo may be served warm or cold.
