INGREDIENTS

  • 16oz, boneless, cookedFresh Ham
  • 2tbspDijon Mustard
  • 3tbspReal Mayonnaise
  • 0 1/4tspRed or Cayenne Pepper
  • 1tbsp choppedShallots
  • 0 1/2ozPickles

DIRECTIONS

In a mixing bowl, combine chopped ham, mustard, mayonnaise and cayenne. Mix well. Stir in shallot and 1 tablespoon diced pickle. Serve on a bed of lettuce or wrapped in a low-carb tortilla if appropriate for your phase.
