DIRECTIONS
Use the Atkins recipe to make Atkins Low Carb Wheat Bread, you will need 3 slices - toasted.- Heat oven to 375°F. Place toast in a food processor to make fine crumbs; transfer to a large bowl. Add ground meat, tomatoes, beans, egg, diced carrot, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper; mix gently until just blended.
