Creamy Red Cabbage with Dill Recipe

INGREDIENTS
- 3tablespoonVegetable Oil
- 1medium (2-1/2" dia)Onions
- 1tspCaraway Seed
- 1head, medium (about 5" dia)Red Cabbage
- 6tbspRed Wine Vinegar
- 2teaspoonSucralose Based Sweetener (Sugar Substitute)
- 0 1/2tspSalt
- 0 1/4tspBlack Pepper
- 1cupSour Cream (Cultured)
- 0 1/4cup sprigsDill
DIRECTIONS
- Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium-high heat. Add onion and caraway; sauté until soft, about 2 minutes. Add cabbage and sauté until cabbage begins to soften, about 5 minutes.
- Add 1/3 cup vinegar, sugar substitute, salt, and pepper; sauté until cabbage is crisp-tender, about 3 minutes. Stir in sour cream and dill and serve right away.
