INGREDIENTS

  • 1cupAlmond Milk, plain, unsweetened
  • 0 1/2eachAvocado, Hass
  • 1scoop (1 scoop= 31 g)Quest Vanilla Milkshake Protein Powder
  • 2TbspPeanut Butter, natural creamy
  • 1cookieAtkins Double Chocolate Chip Protein Cookies

DIRECTIONS

  1. Chill the almond milk, peanut butter and avocado in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. 
  2. In a blender, combine almond milk, avocado, protein powder, and peanut butter until well combined and creamy. Pour equal amounts (about 1 cup) into two glasses.
  3. Cut the cookie in half, and then chop (or crumble) each half, adding ½ cookie to each glass of milkshake. Serve chilled. One glass (with half the shake and half the cookie) is one serving.
