INGREDIENTS
- 0 1/2cupTap Water
- 3tbspHalf and Half Cream
- 1 1/2oz or 1 scoopChocolate Whey Protein
- 1tbspCocoa Powder (Unsweetened)
- 0 3/4tsp, roundedCoffee (Instant Powder, Decaffeinated)
DIRECTIONS
- Combine the water, half-and-half, protein powder, cocoa and espresso powders in a blender; blend until smooth. With the machine running, add 3-4 ice cubes, one at a time, and blend until smooth.
- Pour into a tall glass, and garnish with a dusting of cocoa powder or drizzle with sugar-free chocolate syrup, if desired. Serve immediately.
