  1. Prepare the tartar sauce and coleslaw dressing.
  2. Season fish with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Sauté in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat with a small amount of oil, turning once it begins to turn white. Cook until the fish flakes from a fork and is translucent.
  3. Combine the shredded cabbage and finely sliced bell peppers. Toss with dressing. Serve with the fish and tartar sauce.
