Garlicky White Bean Dip Recipe

INGREDIENTS
- 1tablespoonExtra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2cloveGarlic
- 1tspRosemary
- 1 3/4cupCannellini Beans, cooked/canned
- 0 1/2tspSalt
- 0 1/8tspBlack Pepper
DIRECTIONS
- Heat oil in a small skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and rosemary; sauté until aromatic, about 1 minute. Add beans, salt, and pepper; cook to heat through, about 3 minutes.
- Transfer mixture to a food processor; puree with reserved beans. Serve, or refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
