INGREDIENTS

  • 1 1/2lbAsparagus
  • 1tablespoonExtra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 0 1/4tspSalt
  • 0 1/4tspBlack Pepper
  • 1tspUnsalted Butter Stick
  • 0 1/2fl ozFresh Lemon Juice
  • 1tspLemon Zest

DIRECTIONS

  1. Heat grill to medium-high.
  2. Toss asparagus with oil, salt and pepper. Place asparagus crosswise on the grill and cook until charred and starting to soften, about 4 minutes. Turn with tongs, and cook another 4 minutes.
  3. Remove from grill and gently toss with melted butter in a large bowl. Add lemon juice and zest and continue tossing until coated.
  4. Serve hot.
