INGREDIENTS
- 1cupCoconut Milk Beverage, plain, unsweetened
- 1scoop (1 scoop= 31 g)Quest Vanilla Milkshake Protein Powder
- 0 1/8tspNutmeg, ground
- 0 1/8tspVanilla Extract
DIRECTIONS
Blend all ingredients except ice until very smooth. Pour over or blend with 1/2 cup of ice and enjoy. Substitute brandy extract for the rum for a more authentic flavor. If you are in Phase 2, 3 or 4 or Atkins 40 or 100 use 1 oz of brandy or rum to turn this into an adult beverage.Note that any sugar-free milk such as almond, soy or cashew may be sustituted for the coconut.
