DIRECTIONS

Ingredient Notes: You can use Bourbon, Brandy, or Scotch in this recipe without changing the net carbs. We suggest using English toffee flavored stevia drops to provide more of a honey type flavor.
  1. In a small mug, combine the bourbon (or brandy, or scotch), lemon juice and sweeteners and stir well. Add in the hot water and stir with a cinnamon stick if desired.
