  • 1fl ozFresh Lemon Juice

DIRECTIONS

Drinking naturally keto and low carb chamomile tea, especially over ice, is a refreshing way to help boost your immune system and improve metabolism.   
  1. Brew teabags in water for 10 minutes. Chill 1 hour.

  2. Dissolve sugar substitute in cold tea.

  3. Add lemon juice. Serve over ice.
