INGREDIENTS
- 6ozTuna in Water (Canned)
- 0 1/2cupUnsalted Butter Stick
- 0 1/4cupParsley
- 1tbspFresh Lemon Juice
DIRECTIONS
- In a food processor, pulse drained tuna and chopped parsley until parsley is finely chopped.
- Add butter and lemon juice; process until smooth. Season to taste with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
- Serve with blanched vegetables or controlled carb crackers.
