INGREDIENTS

  • 3medium (4-1/8" long)Scallions or Spring Onions
  • 1cucumber (8-1/4")Cucumber (with Peel)
  • 1tbspSodium and Sugar Free Rice Vinegar
  • 0 2/3tbspTamari Soybean Sauce
  • 1tspSesame Oil
  • 0 1/2teaspoonSucralose Based Sweetener (Sugar Substitute)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Slice cucumber and onions into thin rounds and combinewith the vinegar, soy sauce, sesame, and sugar substitute in a large bowl
  2. Toss until well mixed. Allow to sit for 10 minutes for the flavors to blend.  Enjoy!
