INGREDIENTS
- 40oz, with bone, cooked (yield after bone removed)Chicken Wing
- 2tbspCanola Vegetable Oil
- 0 1/2tspCinnamon
- 1tbspXylitol
- 1servingStevia
- 2tspSalt
- 0 3/4tspBlack Pepper
- 0 1/2tspGinger (Ground)
- 0 1/2tspNutmeg (Ground)
- 0 1/2tspGarlic Powder
- 1tsp, groundThyme (Dried)
- 0 1/2tspOnion Powder
- 0 1/2tspPaprika
- 1tspAllspice Ground
- 0 1/2tspRed or Cayenne Pepper
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Combine all spice ingredients and set aside.
- Place wings and drummettes in a gallon sized zip top bag with the oil, shake to distribute the oil over all pieces. Add the combined spices and shake to evenly coat.
- Place chicken on a sheet pan and put into the oven for 30-40 minutes until cooked through and fragrant. Serve immediately with Sweet Ginger Chili Sauce if desired. Each 1 1/2 Tbsp serving of sauce = 1.7g NC additional.
