INGREDIENTS
- 0 1/4cupCanola Vegetable Oil
- 2tbspAllspice Ground
- 1tspCinnamon
- 1fl ozFresh Lime Juice
- 2cloveGarlic
- 2tspSalt
- 2 1/2pepperRed Hot Chili Peppers
- 2teaspoonSucralose Based Sweetener (Sugar Substitute)
- 32oz, boneless, cookedChicken Breast
- 6medium (4-1/8" long)Scallions or Spring Onions
- 4tspDry Mustard
- 0 1/4cupCanola Vegetable Oil
DIRECTIONS
- Combine scallions, garlic, peppers, oil, lime juice, allspice, mustard, salt, sugar substitute, and cinnamon in a food processor or blender; purée. Transfer to a resealable plastic bag or glass baking dish; add chicken and turn to coat. Refrigerate at least 4 hours and preferably overnight, turning once.
- Heat oven to 450°F.
- Line a baking sheet with foil. Remove chicken from marinade, letting excess drain off; transfer to baking sheet. Bake until just cooked through, 30-40 minutes. Serve immediately.
