INGREDIENTS

  • 3TbspPumpkin, canned
  • 0 1/4tspPumpkin Pie Spice Mix
  • 0 1/48tspNutmeg, ground
  • 1eachAtkins Cafe Au Lait Shake

DIRECTIONS

In a small sauce pan, whisk together all ingredients and warm over medium heat. Warm until steaming but not boiling, pour into a mug, sprinkle with freshly ground nutmeg and enjoy!

This can also be enjoyed cold over ice. Chill a shake in the freezer for 60 minutes, until just starting to freeze. Blend together a chilled shake, canned pumpkin, and pumpkin pie spice. Pour over ice and sprinkle with nutmeg.
