INGREDIENTS

  • 2TbspCream Cheese, original
  • 1cupMilk, SO Delicious Coconut Milk, unsweetened, 1 cup serving
  • 1scoop (1 scoop= 30 g)Quest Chocolate Milkshake Protein Powder
  • 0 3/4tspEspresso, instant powder

DIRECTIONS

Blend all ingredients until very smooth.  Pour over or blend with 1/2 cup of ice and enjoy.

Note that any sugar-free milk such as almond, soy or cashew may be substituted for the coconut or a cup of your favorite chilled coffee or espresso (leave out the instant espresso/coffee if using).
