INGREDIENTS
- 0 1/4cup, dicedPineapple
- 1ozSugar Free French Vanilla Syrup
- 2tspCoconut Extract
- 2ozVanilla Whey Protein
DIRECTIONS
- Place the pineapple, syrup and coconut extract (add just enough to flavor it - start with 1 tsp and add more as desired) in a blender and blend until the pineapple is broken down.
- Add the protein powder and 10-12 ice cubes, blend until very smooth, adding a small amount of water, and stirring with a wooden spoon if necessary.
