INGREDIENTS

  • 0 1/2cupHeavy Cream
  • 4teaspoonSucralose Based Sweetener (Sugar Substitute)
  • 8tbspMascarpone Cheese
  • 1cupRaspberries
  • 0 1/3cup, choppedWalnuts

DIRECTIONS

  1. Whip heavy cream with the granular sugar substitute.  Fold in the marscapone.
  2. Place a half the raspberries in each serving bowl along with the nuts.  Add the whipped cream mixture then top with berries.  Serve immediately.
