INGREDIENTS
- 12ozRoasted Mixed Nuts with Peanuts
- 4cupAir Popped Popcorn
- 3tablespoonUnsalted Butter Stick
- 2tspThyme
- 1teaspoon(s)Kosher salt (1/4 tsp= 1.5 g)
- 0 1/4tspRed or Cayenne Pepper
- 0 1/4tspGarlic Powder
DIRECTIONS
- Heat oven to 275°F.
- On a large roasting pan, toss nuts and popcorn with butter. Sprinkle evenly with thyme. Combine kosher salt, cayenne pepper (to taste) and garlic powder; sprinkle over top and toss well.
- Bake 15 minutes. Transfer to large sheet of wax paper and let cool.
- Store in an airtight container.
