INGREDIENTS
- 12largeBoiled Egg
- 0 1/2cupReal Mayonnaise
- 1tbsp choppedChives
- 0 1/4tspCelery Seed
- 6ozShrimp, cooked, peeled
DIRECTIONS
- Peel the eggs and cut in half lengthwise. Remove the yolks and place into a medium bowl; set the whites aside.
- Add mayonnaise, diced chives and celery seeds to the bowl and blend together with the yolks. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add the cooked (peeled and deveined) diced shrimp, stirring to combine.
- Fill whites with shrimp mixture and refrigerate covered in plastic wrap for at least 1 hour before serving.
