INGREDIENTS

  • 3eachRed or White Radish, raw
  • 2medium sliceRed Onion
  • 1eachGarlic, clove
  • 1cupRed Cabbage, raw, shredded
  • 1 1/2TbspSour Cream
  • 1TbspCilantro, fresh, chopped
  • 1TbspLime Juice
  • 0 1/8ozPIckled Jalapenos
  • 0 1/4tspSalt
  • 0 1/8tspLime Zest

DIRECTIONS

Ingredient notes: Use 1 teaspoon diced jalapenos (3-4 grams), or more to taste.
  1. Prepare the vegetables: Trim the root and stem from the radishes, cut in half and then thinly slice. Cut onion slices into quarters. Press or mince the garlic.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl until evenly distributed and well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 8 hours) for best results.
