Smoked Salmon, Tomato and Cream Cheese Recipe

INGREDIENTS
- 3ozSmoked Chinook Salmon
- 1medium whole (2-3/5" dia)Red Tomatoes
- 2tbspCream Cheese
DIRECTIONS
- Cut smoked salmon into small chunks. Dice tomato. Mix cream cheese, diced tomato, and salmon chunks together. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Serve in celery boats if desired. (Remember to add in 1g NC per stalk of celery.)
- Alternate method: spread salmon with cream cheese then layer on top of tomato.
Cooking Tip
This is great with a spinkle of fresh or dried dill weed and spread on low carb bread or a cracker. Or try it in celery boats!
