INGREDIENTS

  • 7ozSugar Free Chocolate Chips
  • 1tspCinnamon
  • 0 1/2servingChili Powder
  • 5tbspDried Coconut
  • 1servingCoarse Kosher Salt

DIRECTIONS

  1. Melt chocolate in the microwave at 30 second intervals (about 3 times) until it begins to melt.  Stir in between and do not over heat.    
  2. Stir in ground cinnamon and chipotle pepper (as deisred for taste, amounts given are delicious but feel free to play with different levels to your taste).  Stir in 2 tablespoons shredded coconut.  Pour onto parchment paper, spread out evenly into a 6x8-inch rectangle  and sprinkle remaining 3 tablespoons shredded coconut on top.  Sprinkle coarse Kosher salt on top as well (optional).  
  3. Place in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes to firm up then divide into 12 equal portions (squares of 2x2 inches are best for portioning).
