  • 0 1/4tspSalt
  • 0 1/8tspBlack Pepper
  • 0 3/4cupExtra Virgin Olive Oil

DIRECTIONS

  1. For dressing: whisk together vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper in a small bowl. Whisk in the oil in a slow, steady stream until completely incorporated.
  2. Pour 1/3- to 1/2-cup dressing over salad mix; toss well to coat.
  3. Refrigerate remaining dressing.
