  • 2head (5" dia)Butterhead Lettuce (Includes Boston and Bibb Types)
  • 8cup, choppedWatercress
  • 1cucumber (8-1/4")Cucumber (with Peel)
  • 16medium (3/4" to 1" dia)Radishes
  • 8Keto Green Goddess Dressing

DIRECTIONS

Use the Atkins recipe to make Green Goddess Dressing.

  1. Tear or cut bibb and watercress lettuces into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Combine with cucumber and radish slices and toss with the dressing or any low-carb dressing of your choice.
  3. Divide on salad plates and season with freshly ground black pepper.
