INGREDIENTS

  • 2berryStrawberries, frozen, unsweetened
  • 0 1/2ozDaVinci Gourmet - Sugar Free Syrup (Hazelnut, Vanilla, etc.)
  • 1eachAtkins Strawberry Shake

DIRECTIONS

1.  Add the frozen strawberries to a blender with the vanilla syrup (can substitute 1/4 tsp vanilla for the syrup), Add the Atkins shake and 1/2 cup ice.  Blend until thick and frothy.
