- 24ozShrimp, raw
- 2cupSnow peas, fresh, chopped
- 0 1/2cupWater Chestnuts, sliced, canned
- 2medium (4-1/8" long)Scallions, raw
- 0 1/2TbspSesame Oil

DIRECTIONS
- Bring a large pot of salted boiling water to a boil. Season shrimp with salt and pepper.
- Heat oil in large skillet over high heat until hot. Sauté shrimp until just pink and golden, about 1 minutes per side.
- Meanwhile, drop snow peas into boiling water, cook just 20 seconds, drain. Add snow peas, water chestnuts, diced scallions and sauce to skillet with shrimp. Mix well and heat until sauce comes to a simmer, about 2 minutes.
- Finish with sesame oil (optional) before serving.
