INGREDIENTS

  • 2medium whole (2-3/5" dia)Red Tomatoes
  • 2mediumCucumber (Peeled)
  • 2fruit without skin and seedsCalifornia Avocados
  • 0 1/4cup, choppedRed Onions
  • 1 1/2fl ozFresh Lime Juice
  • 0 1/2tspCumin

DIRECTIONS

  1. Dice the tomatoes, cucumber, avocado and onions.  Juice and zest the lime.
  2. In a medium bowl, gently toss tomatoes, cucumbers, avocados, onion, 3 Tbsp lime juice, 1 tsp lime zest and cumin.
  3. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
