INGREDIENTS

  • 3largeEgg (Whole)
  • 1lbGround Beef (80% Lean / 20% Fat)
  • 1oz, boneless, cookedRoasted Light Turkey Meat
  • 0 1/4tsp, leavesOregano

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the onion, beef and spices for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally until the beef is no longer pink.
  2. Stir in the eggs and continue to cook until firm. Remove from heat and transfer to a serving dish.
  3. Make a taco by spooning a few tablespoons of the meat and egg mixture into a slice of turkey and fold up.
