- 1cup, dicedWatermelon
- 1large (8-1/4" long)Cucumber (Peeled)
- 4ozFeta Cheese
- 1tbspPeppermint (Mint)
- 0 2/3tablespoonExtra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1tspFresh Lime Juice
DIRECTIONS
- Dice the watermelon, cucumber and feta cheese. Combine them together in a medium bowl with 1 tbsp chopped mint.
- Add oil and lime juice, tossing gently to combine and serve right away.
